My background expands on working with a diverse range of clients experiencing mood disorders, trauma, behavioral issues, psychotic issues, re-entering into society, among others.

My therapy styles are warm and objective. I strongly encourage reflecting feelings and embrace self-empowerment. I work with an array of therapeutic techniques that are safe, ethical, and dependable. I also encourage clients to explore new adventures that will incorporate a more positive impact in their lives. I enjoy encompassing an array of therapeutic approaches ranging from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

As an active listener, I encouraged clients to reflect on their experiences and feelings while incorporating ideas of hopefulness during their healing and rediscovery journeys. I feel it is imperative for individuals to embrace their holistic self and explore better methods of living healthy, fulfilling lifestyles. I sincerely value innovatively collaborating with my clients and being instrumental in aiding individuals to foster more independence in their life journey.
